Employee Responsibility
Hwa Mao is a qualified member of BSCI and SEDEX organization. At the same time, we are committed in the implementation of the SA8000 social responsibility standards regularly assessed by a third party. We strive to build a harmonious and win-win relationship with our employees, make great efforts to create a welfare measures and comfortable working environment for employees.
Our company established an employees’s congress responsible for safeguarding the rights of the employees and promote the welfare affairs of the employees. Our company also provides good incentives and benefits to the employees such as birthday gifts, holidays gifts, solicitations and emergency needs of the employees and nursery facilities providing free-care of children to our employees who work overtime. Our company also regularly organize group activities such as basketball games, marathon, tug of war, badminton games, yearly company tour and year-end party.
Environmental Responsibility
Hwa Mao has its complete environmental protection processing equipment. It has its own dedicated personnel responsible in the supervision of the environmental protection, energy conservation and emissions reduction. For continuous years, Hwa Mao is awarded the title of “Xiamen City Advanced Unit Energy Consumption”.
Community Responsibility
In the process of constant development, our company pays attention to serve the society and to practice the core value of sharing. Our company provided employment to 10 disabled persons, actively participate in various activities organized by the government and the community, provides benevolent contributions, participates in the fire control and protection training and other activities.
